About Me
Who am I?
My name is Marek Błotny, I live in Poznan, Poland. At the moment I work for Cognifide where I have spent majority of my professional career. I have started by career as a Java developer, than I was promoted to team leader / ScrumMaster and at the moment I’m a technical project manager / product owner.
Currently I specialize in management and delivery of web content management systems (WCMS) with strong focus on digital marketing and multiple communication channels (desktop and mobile).
What is this blog about?
Straight answer: about things which I find interesting 
Initially it was about things which were falling into two categories:
- Technical stuff – I used to be a developer so for me technical issues are interesting. So I was writing about programming, design patterns, best practices.
- About project management, being fresh TPM @ Cognifide – I always was and I still am soundly interested in Agile methodologies. We use Agile processes on daily basis but of course each project is different, each team is different so there is a constant need for improvement, experimenting and finding better ways to successfully deliver projects.
Since 2010 I have a chance to work a lot with marketers and this way I’m absorbing a lot of knowledge around marketing, digital marketing and online marketing. So far I find it fascinating so for sure I will write something about it.
